Looking at the Barsto offerings for my Glock 17 I see the extended barrels offered can have 1, 2, or 3 slots cross cut, and I'm wondering with 9 mm would I see cycling issues with any of these choices?
I once tried a big Lone Wolf muzzle brake on a G19 and it would not cycle. When this happens is it a permanent fix to just go to a lighter recoil spring?
Are there any other negatives with a ported barrel, other than a little blackening of the front sight?
