When did BassProShops quit selling dies and other reloading materials? Been a while since I looked...........

In Atlanta they only sell shotgun wads, shot, and primers, along with rifle and pistol powder and primers. None of this is in their mail-to-you catalog. You simply have to visit the store. And it's expensive as all get out.

They's also stopped carrying competition 6 and 10 bull targets for 22.

Local gun stores are cheaper on everything. I've never gone back.

last year i went into the basepro in PA. and I only need a LB of powder and some case lube,,I looked and looked,NO LUBE NO NO powder.I asked a guy behind the counter,I said where is the case lube,,Ohhhhhh its over there,,show me,,he walked all over the place like i did,, he came back shaking his head,I dont know let me ask,,, he came back and said basspro is moving away from that,,,I told him,, you tell who ever is in charge, your losing a lot of business,, now I have to get in my truck and go to gander mountain ,thats what I did,but last week I went back to basspro. and sure enough, they had reloading stuff,, not like gander mountain, but they did have powder and bulllets, and 5.00 a pak of 100 primers.I didnt look for Dies.I dont think they had them or I would have noticed,

The two stores in our area are fully stocked with dies, components and accessories.
Every caliber you can name. Every gauge you can name. Full selection of presses, too.

All of which are vastly overpriced.

Bass Pro in Severville Tn had shotgun stuff, but only primers for rifle and pistol when I was there in the fall. Not inpressed enough to go back.

I was at Bass Pro in DFW TX today. I got 3 lbs Unique powder. They had lots of all kinds of reloading stuff.

I haven't price shopped in a while, oneounce, but if you mail order won't it about average out? Boy, remember when you could get government pulled down powder for the face price w/o the haz mat fee - what a scam that is!

Last time I went to the one in Manteca CA they had guns galore and reloading stuff too. I checked the web site before going to see what they had and it didn't show any reloading stuff at all. Guess they just don't show it on their site.

The last time I was in the Bass Pro in Charlotte they had very little of anything and they said they were not restocking.
That was about 2 years ago and I have not been back
