I just dropped the hammer on a pair of Crimson Trace Laser Grips for my Glock 19. Very nice product, very well engineered. Fit perfectly, point of aim was less than 2 inches off at 25 yards when I installed it. Laser was bright enough to see even in the California sunshine. Elevation and windage adjustments were precise and a snap.

Only complaints are it is pricey - I bought my first 870 Wingmaster for about the same price as this laser. Also, this model has no on/off switch. It is pretty much impossible to rack the slide without actuating the laser. Also, you have to be even more careful with where you point the gun, because even if it is unloaded and you keep your finger off the trigger, it is still easy to activate the laser, potentially into someone's eye.

Anyway, when I called Crimson Trace to register my laser, the guy on the phone tells me they now have a program where if you buy a laser from them, they will send you one free set of batteries per year for life. Since these are lithium button batteries, not drug store AA's, I thought that was a nice bonus.

So, if you have been sitting on the fence about buying a laser for your firearm, maybe now is the time to pull the trigger.

Just thought I'd let everyone know today I received my Crimson Trace button batteries though the mail. It came with a little card confirming I'm in the one set of batteries per year club for life.

Thanks Crimson Trace!

that's a great deal. I bought my C.T. laser sights a couple of years ago and they are still going strong.

I got my batteries about four months ago. I think the card read that I must call a number next year, so I put the info in my computer calendar.

Yes good products and I found a place who discounts them! Think I paid $168 for the ones on my 1911 and $138 for the ones that went on my 23c.

Ultradoc, you might want to call Crimson Trace and see if you can enroll in the program. Not sure if it is just for new buyers, or CT customers in general. What have you got to lose?

Sky, where did you get your lasers from? Those are pretty good prices you quoted.

Thanks for the info Sky. I went to the Shooters Resources website and found the official Crimson Trace posting about the free battery program.
