I voted Taurus Millenium Pro, I have one in 40 S&W and it is awesome. I've got about 3000 rounds downrange and it has never failed, very accurate, fits my hand great, looks great, I'm very pleased with it. The DAO trigger is also smooth as butter now, really gets slick after about 1000 rounds.

total thickness is the key to concealment.

you don't even need the stubby little PM 9 Karh, unless your committed to pocket carry.

the P9 or the CW9 will both conceal better than anything else on you list.
