Much as H335 and Bl-c2 are the same "formulation", meaning that the powders are the same. The only difference is in the burn speed.

... ingredients are identical, but sometimes the powder comes out a faster lot - H335 ... Sometimes it comes out a slower lot - BL-c2.
While being same "type/formulation" of small ball powders, I don't think H335 and BL-C(2) ingredients are identical.

Perhaps same "base" ingredients mixed in different ratios to achieve different burn rate.

I heard it was the amount of flash suppressant (Calcium Carbonate) in the H335 (canister grade BL-C1), 1.5% vs BL-C2 that was dropped to .750% because higher percentage of CC was seizing up the new M16 in the Vietnam war when under full auto fire, and that was the only difference between the two.
But I can't substantiate that right now.
I agree with the analogies though. If we are talking plain English.

I'm guessing you meant " Vietnam " war.

Love the pictures, you find them on the net or did you raid your powder locker?
Thank you.

Yes, those are my pictures I took in observance of THR forum rules with my smart phones (Currently Samsung A12) using macro zoom (I do however post product pictures from vendor web pages with direct product link) - https://www.thehighroad.org/index.php?pages/code-of-conduct/

"If you don't own the rights to something, do not post it ..."
Over the years, I have always given permission to other THR members, vendors and manufacturers for free open use of my THR pictures I took (I am a subscriber of "open source" notion and fan/user of open source OS like Linux, FreeBSD, Ubuntu, etc. currently using Linux Mint, the high performance version of Linux).
