Bedding a Mini-14

I've read from www.perfectunion.com that bedding a Mini-14 can greatly increase the rifle's accuracy. But, this would be my first try at bedding a rifle, and I need some instruction. I'd really hate to permanently glue my Mini-14 together. Anyone know of an online guide to bedding?
