I bought this rifle over a year ago and I must say I am stumped on how to get a scope to mount on this rifle without it being 20" low in elevation at 25 yards!
Has anyone out there found the same problem ? What was your fix besides selling it!
The stock scope that came with it was a childs try at enginering and I am starting to think the Rifle its self was made in a juvinele detintion hall.

Very common problem because the barrel points down, which you can see if you look. You shim the scope so its angle matches the bore. Take the scope off the mounts via the top caps, place some shim material in the saddle of the rear ring. Shims can be made from alum cans, plastic soda bottles etc. Best to sand them so they have good grip strength. How much shim depends on how far the scope is pointed down.

You can also buy +20 moa scope mounts. But thathe only solves a quarter of your problem.

If I have an airgun with that much barrel droop I will check the lockup, first. If that checks out, I will just bend the barrel. It is easy to do.

I would like to thank Chevota & Gloob for there advice !
I put apiece of #8 leather under the rear of the tube and a #3 leather piece in front. After the inital 9 shorts to site in I took a ten minute break and put ten shots in a 2" Dia. circle at 40'. I think I will keep the Rifle now.
Thank You two for your insight.
First time I have used The HighRoad.Org and look what happened.
It is a Great feeling knowing I have people out there that are willing to help me.
Remeber our Fallen & POW-MIA this weekend and GOD Bless America !!

I finally have a decent scope on this Rifle and now need to find the right ammo to group shots at 45 yds.
I currently am using H&N Sport Crow Magnum Maximum shock 9.26 gr.
This ammo groups well at 15 yds but is all over the place at 40 yds.
I shot mostly Pigeons and Ground Squirell on my Acre of land.
Back drop is no problem since I have Stae land around me.
Any suggestions Will be tried and hopeful Practiced!
