Bell and Carlson Medalist Stock

I am thinking about getting a Bell and Carlson Medalist for my Remington 700 30-06. The stock I like has the channel cut for a varmint barrel, but my rifle is only a sporter contour.

Does anyone else have a set up like this. I don't want to go through with it if it is going to look too weird.

If you have something like this, can you post a picture so I can see what it looks like.

Any input is greatly appreciated.

I don't have one and can't locate any pictures, but I have seen one before. It does look a bit unusual up close but it won't hurt anything. Hopefully someone else will see this and reply with a picture.
