All,
I have a Benjamin Franklin (pump up) and was having a problem with it not cocking. I took it apart today and the trigger assembly had worked itself loose from the cylinder it mounts to. Tightening the screw fixed that problem.
However, now the gun will not shoot hard. It seems that all of the air is not being discharged when the trigger is pulled. You can recock the trigger two more times, and the subsequent trigger pulls will produce a discharge of air. Additionally, a pellet will not penetrate a piece of particle board from about 9 yards.
Thanks for the help.
