The Beretta 318/418 .25 ACP is often touted as the literary James Bond's first gun, replaced soon by the Walther .32 PPK.
Well the other day in a local quaint gun shop I spotted a Beretta 418 manufactured in 1958, serial number prefixed HEL.
The gun looked pretty nice with some blue wearing, but the original box was present.
The dealer wanted $350 for it, which I thought was a bit high. I would call it in "good condition." It seemed the most wear on the gun was not from shooting but from pocketing.
Any THR members care to tell me how much this little jewel might be worth ballpark?
