Wanting either a 92 Inox 9mm Beretta or was wondering what people think of their new 90-two model? Does anyone know if they're coming out with a stainless steel version for the new 90-two?

Thanks for any input

I plan on getting an Inox 92FS next month. I have owned both black and Inox 92s over the years.

I won a 90-Two last July, but I sold it. I don't like the polymer front strap. It is too slippery. Get the Inox.

I LOVE my 90-two. Fits my hand great, felt recoil is negligable. Over 2000 rounds and not even the slightest problem. I have yet to have someone try it and not immediately love it. Well, except my wife b/c her hands are real small. The INOX is a great piece, too. I want one of those as well. I don't think you could go wrong with either.

I'd get the older versions first since they appeal to me more than the new kid on the block, the 90-TWO can wait-it's not going anywhere soon compared to all the other models Beretta couldn't see to continue producing. I love Berettas, my first three pistols were 92's, but the 90-two seems to be an answer to a problem that never existed. If you want a real steel gun why not get the Steel-1 model? The Inox is just a finish option, it still has the alloy frame.

The Steel-1 are great, except for the price. What I like best about them is they offer a cocked and locked SAO version! I've never been able to warm up to DA/SA guns despite having several, so I just don't buy them.

$teel-1

Yeah the Steel models are way cool, but if you want something a little less the Bilennium model is a better way to go for C&L carry. Or I can ask you to google the "model 92 Stock" which is the least expensive of all of them and the hardest to find. Either way any beretta is a good call for someone to make, those 90-Two's will probably work out fine for the next twenty years or so I hope.

I have no problems w/ most polyguns and the 90-two stays fairly true to the 92fs design w/ some mods. I've only seen & handled one 90-two and it had a very impersonal feel to it -- I might give one a try -- one of these days.

What feels good, looks good, and handles good usually is GOOD

As a general rule its probably mostly correct, but for me the Beretta 92 and Taurus PT-92 feel awkward in my hand, but I shoot very well with them. If I only went by how they felt, I'd never have bought them. Same for the XD, I didn't like 'em until I'd actually shot one, then they suddenly looked a whole lot better!

I've never seen the "Bilennium model", Only cocked and locked Berettas I've seen are the .380s (and smaller), the 9000S (which is why I bought one), and the Steel-1. I'll have to keep an eye out for one.

Well, the problem with the steel model is that it has the Vertec grip - I like the regular grip.

If I had a Billenium, I'd keep it as a safe queen, as the price keeps going up on those limited babies. I wouldn't shoot it.
