A good number of Beretta 92s pistols have been imported from overseas. I was wondering how many rounds have typically been through them. I know it's difficult to know. I don't know if 5k or 25k rounds have been through them.

Anyone want to guess how many rounds have been through them typically? Lets make up a couple of batches. One contains those in excellent or very good condition. The other batch are ones that are in good or pretty good condition.

I put pics of my slide on my post about mine. I can't say how much it was shot. But it looks like it came with a new barrel and block. It has very low wear on the slide. I would say it's less that 1000 rounds maybe less than 500. It's barely broken in.

Title of my post was; new to me it's about 4 pages back in the auto loader section. Most all of the posts I've seen about them confirm what I saw in mine. More wear outside from carry than inside from firing.

I think they were duty guns. Carried a lot. I don't think many of them were shot a lot; my guess is that within a year, most American owners will shoot more than European police have over the time they carried the pistol.
