Beretta 92x vs 92x defensive

For a home defense pistol, I want the rail so the Defensive is out.

I for one love the Vertec grip configuration.

Ended up going with thin G10 grips on both of these.

So i almost bought a brigadier, but pulled back when i realized the slide is powder coated. Jeez!!! Not buying a painted firearm!

Are there any 92 models in blue finish in the market today?

I recently purchased a Beretta 92x compact. Very accurate, still a little big for me to carry but fun on the range. Not sure if IDPA likes it or not. In my area it was very hard to find. I like the piece very much, round trigger guard and all. Came with three thirteen round mags and different grip with back strap to make it feel like a 92. I like the vertec like grip with straight back strap.
