Beretta 96 Brigadier

Good Morning,

I just made a deal and accepted a Beretta 96 Brigadier in good shape to clear up a debt that a friend owed me for $450.00. My questions are how did I fare in the deal? and what can you tell me about this model? I have been able to find very little on the 96 Brigadier here or else where.

Brigadier in good shape seems more than fair. The brigadier has the heavier slide, as well as the front sight being dovetailed instead of integral to the slide. I had one, in a moment of weakness sold it, and have regretted it ever since.

Good deal for both. Maybe better for you since AFAIK Beretta discontinued the 96

I have one I bought recently (LE trade-in/refurb) and am quite impressed with it. It’s a big gun and well made to my eye. I think you’ll be happy with the pistol.
