Beretta APX ??

So the $9.99 sticker on the extra frame box was a misprint...

The sticker has a 3 in front of the 9s . It's just very light.

I find the Beretta very alluring. I am highly considering it for my first polymer, striker pistol. I like the looks of it. The M and P, not so much. The Springfield XD is ok, but seems very tall to me while I hold it. And I am not a fan of Glocks, no matter how perfect. I hope that the APX fits me well. It is a very handsome firearm. A very fine purchase indeed @GunnyUSMC

Does the original pistol come with multiple back straps?

Do they make the back strap in red?

Edited to add: It took me a while before I found that it does come with three different straps. My tablet does not like some websites.

Unfortunately none of them are in red.

That FDE looks so much better (to me). Almost enough to forgive that silly right-angle front on the trigger guard.
The two-tone looks even better. Beretta would be smart to offer it that way.

I took my oldest son shooting the other day at Bass Pro. He shot the APX and his 92FS. He shot better with the 92, but he really liked the APX. He said that he needed to shoot it some more to get better with it. I guess that's his way of telling me that he needs more ammo and wants to borrow my gun.

My son's a good kid, just wish he had a better job to support his shooting habits.
When we went shooting the other day, we shot 200 rounds of 9mm. When we were packing up he found a 50 round box of M.E.N. 124gr FMJ in my shooting bag. I acted like I didn't know it was there and told him to take it.
I think that The Land that Time Forgot is pretty far from where I am, but if your ever down my way we could go shooting. I'll supply the ammo.

Yeah, I wish my girlfriend could afford more ammo. I shoot less than half as much as I used to since meeting her. Time and ammo costs are two high for me to fully support her need for training. We are getting by though. Fortunately she only owns a 9mm at this point. She originally wanted a 45, until I told her the price difference in ammo. A 9mm makes more sense for her anyway.

What are you APX owners using as a holster ? I know Alien Gear has holsters for them and so does Beretta . I am trying to decide on one. Any help is appreciated .
