bought a Beretta 686E, 30" barels, 12 gauge. Bought some extended Carlson chokes and now the gun is barrel heavy, too much for my liking. I'm not into adding weight to the stock. Someone on another board recommended either flush chokes (to get Light Mod and Skeet options) or Beretta Victory extended chokes.

anyone use the Victory extended chokes? How are they, pattern wise, construction wise, etc.? Do they make your gun barrel heavy?

I've used victory chokes in my 686 for...ever, it seems.
Just prettier than the factory ext. hunting chokes - weigh the same.
It appears to me that 30" barrels might make your shotgun "barrel heavy".
