Beretta vs Ceiner .22 LR Conversion ?

I saw the Beretta .22 lr conversion for the Model 92. It looks pretty good, but is it worth the asking price ($349 at the local shop)? A Ciener can be had for much less. Is the Beretta worth 1/2 again as much as the Ceiner?

Has anybody had the opportunity to try the Beretta (Skunk ??)? Does anybody have any experience with the Ceiner on a Beretta? Has anyone been fortunate to be able to shoot BOTH?
