Beretta's America's Defenders Rebate & the Beretta Nano ???

Has anyone else noticed the the Beretta Nano seems to have been taken off the 2012 America's Defenders rebate form?

I was going to print out the form so I may get the $50 rebate, and it seems that for some reason, the Beretta Nano is no longer on the rebate form.

Does anyone have a link to the 2012 America's Defenders rebate form that lists the Beretta Nano?

I haven't seen the 2012 form, but I have used the 2011 version many times this year. Itw as never listed on that one...

Just a few days ago, I think, the 2012 America's Defenders rebate form hat the Beretta Nano listed as one of the firearms eligible for the rebate.

Now, it seems the Beretta Nano was removed from this rebate form.

Does anyone have a link to or copy of, the 2012 America's Defenders rebate form showing the Beretta Nano?
