I am a newby to the highroad.org.
I have started reloading ammo, and I usually reload 180 grain Hornady Xtp bullets with IMR Sr 4756 powder. A few days ago the store ran out of the XTP bullets and so I picked up Berry's 180 Grain Round Shoulder bullets. Can I still reload the 180 grain RS using the 180 grain XTP data? Since powder is really hard to find I did stumble onto a place that has or had a lot of SR 4756 powder and so its all I have for right now. Thank you.

Yes you can.
Just not the MAX loads for the jacketed bullet.
Plated bullets cannot be driven quite as hard & fast as jacketed bullets.

Also, the published OAL seating depth for the XTP will not be right for the Round Nose bullets.

You will need to determine that using your own barrel as a gauge to figure out what length will fit without hitting the rifling leade before it is fully chambered.

From Berry's.

Plated bullets occupy a position between cast bullets and jacketed bullets. They are soft lead, but have a hard outer shell on them. When loading plated bullets we have found best results using low- to mid-range jacketed data in the load manual. You must use data for a bullet that has the same weight and profile as the one you are loading. Do not exceed mid-range loads. Do not use magnum loads.

I reload with that Berry's bullet with just a mite more of Titegroup than Hodgdon recommends for the XTP.

I too reload for 40 S&W. I use the same load data for lead and plated. However for jacketed bullets I used different data. Try to find the lead data for that powder and bullet combo. Work your way up from there. Be safe.

SR4756 is my preferred powder for 40. In my Ruger SR40c I load a 180 Berry's over 6.3 grains, 1.125. Never had any issues with it. Picked up some Longshot to try, just haven't had a chance to get to the range for a few weeks.
