Berrys 71gr RN for 32H&R ?

Has anyone tried a Berrys plated 71 gr bullet for 32 H&R reloads, either successfully or unsuccessfully? I think these are intended for 32acp but are the only copper plated bullet I can find in 32 cal. I found a couple of 32 H&R load data recipes for 71 grn FMJ so, maybe they will work.

Yup. Tried them in the 32 H&R in a Ruger SP101 4.2" barrel. Three different loads. The groups were huge = 5" to 7" at 25 yards.

Sorry, I haven't loaded them for 32 H&R. I have loaded Hornady's 85 grain XTP's, but see that they are currently unavailable. Perhaps you could try Sierra's 90 grain ( https://www.midwayusa.com/product/1010791718?pid=505102) product?

I have loaded 32 cal 60 grain fmjs in 7.62x 39 with mixed results

They don't shoot all that great in .32 ACP either.

These 98 Gr coated WCsfrom MBC should shoot well for you.
