Am going to load some up for my G42 and BERSA W/W231 as am getting low on other powders. Any info fellas? Would be appreciated! BERBS HBRN100gr.380.

I use a lot of Titegroup. Love that stuff. I use it in all my pistol loads in .380 and 9mm. Both using Berrys plated bullets.

I haven't used Berry's 100 gr HBRN bullets yet but tested X-Treme 100 gr RNFP bullets with 2.6/2.8/3.0 gr W231/HP-38 out of TCP 738 and got around 1" shot groups at 7 yards - http://www.thehighroad.org/showthread.php?t=748320

Berry 100HBRN, .980, [email protected]. I use the same specs for Rainier 100RN. On the target, I can't tell any difference between the two. Out of a Sig 238.

My G42 likes them hot. It was at or near max load before I got mine to run 100% with HP38.

Just ran 50 rds. through a LC380 today. The powder was Ramshot Silhouette @ 4.2 gr. COAL .960". Only 1 FTF, and that may be a magazine issue.

When I did my part, they went where they were suppose to.

I tested/loaded the Berry's Round Nose 100gr with Win231 at 2.7, 2.8, 2.9, 3.0 and 3.1. They all functioned well out of my LCP. I decided to go with 2.9 and loaded up 800. I've shot them out of the LCP, Glock 42, Bersa and a couple of other 380s.
A different G42 that was very new was having some issues with them, but it was also having issues with factory ammo.
I've been quite happy with that load.
I'm now playing with Promo at 2.6 gr under the Berry's and some lead round nose.

I use the Berry's RN 100g (non HB) with 3.1-3.2 Win 231 and it shoots well in a Sig P238 and Beretta 85. Accurate and smooth feeding.

YEH Tater that's the thing we all no dern powder! My G42 and BERSA likes [email protected] 3.2 W/100gr RNFP EXTMS. BDS you got me interested in them for sure! Thanks fellas for the insight! Just a note on the Baretta PICO. I talked w/them and they said the release of it will be late this year due to a large military contract? So Monday I should have a new CZ 9mil compact Aluim. alloy, And a lone wolf Barrel for my gen4 MOD.23 to9mm.Cool frount comeing in I will have some homework to due! As my shop will be in tune! No air circulation (from AC) and vibration!

Wow, Where'd you find Silhouette ?

Potatohead, I bought it about a year or so ago. Regretfully, I didn't hear the stampede coming up behind me, or I would have grabbed more.

Trying to make it last til I can find more. I have found it to be one of my favorite pistol powders.
