Will the Bersa .380 fit in any/all Walther PPK Holsters???

I figure that a Bersa will fit in an Uncle Mike's IWB holster sized for a Walther... But what other Walther holsters will hold the Big Bad Bersa?

Hi!

The differently-contoured triggerguard being what it is, Ken nevertheless had some luck with a Bianchi IWB made ostensibly for the Walther:

New Holster for my Bersa Thunder 380

Other holster options were discussed in the thread linked to, and may help you further.
Good luck.

:)

I can tell you alot of guns of the Walther style/size/shape will work in similar holsters. A good Makarov holster will work with Bersa/FEG/Walther etc guns with good results. It really depends on the holster though.

Shoot wel

Denmark, I have a Mil-Tech Bersa hoster purchased from CDNN. Link below___

No, generally speaking a proper fitted Walther holster will not fit a Bersa Thunder. The Walther has a rounded trigger guard whereas the Bersa trigger guard is scalloped out from the front. This prevents the Bersa from being fully seated into a fitted Walther holster.

I have a Gary Brommeland "Cheetah" IWB holster made for a Bersa, but the Cheetah line is no longer listed on his website :( You snooze, you lose I suppose -- it's a fanstastic holster.

So the Bersa may fit a one-size-fits-all cheapy nylon holster, but you can almost guarantee it won't fit a proper PPK holster.

The Firestorm 380 (same gun as the Thunder with minor cosmetic differences) has a normal rounded trigger guard and may fit PPK holsters.

Bersa Thunder Holster Fits...

The Bersa Thunder380 will fit in holsters that are dsigned to fit the Beretta 84/85 series of pistols. The design profiles/outlines of the frames are close enough that I've found a holster for the Beretta 84/85 Cheetah to fit fairly well.

The Bianchi Model 100(#19230) IWB fits and I use it when I carry the Bersa. Fobus did make molded holster for the Bersa, but I'm not sure if it is still in production.

I guess the best summary for this thread is Your-Milage-May-Vary! :p

As Horge pointed out, I am using the Bianchi 100 with great comfort and success.

I'd say the best bet is to try out whatever holster you're interested in (if this is possible) and decide for yourself. Doubtless, some PPK holsters won't be perfect due to the trigger guard differences. But, there's not too much difference between the size/shape of these two guns, so many will be good fits.
