Why is it suddenly so hard to find a Bersa now? Everywhere I go, sold out. What gives?

Cheap but good gun. If I could afford nothing better (poor people tend to live in clusters ) it would not be my last choice.

This is ridiculous. I can't find one anywhere except on gunbroker.com. Still cheaper than local places, except for Academy. They got it for $198, but I don't want to buy from a "sports store" chain. Wierd. Guess I will have to break down and do it anyway. Wonder if they have lay-away?

Before I bought mine, I asked a lot of people about the Bersa and its reliablity. They all said the same thing: "It feeds everything I feed it."

Same can be said for my MiniFireStorm .45: It feeds everything I feed it without any failures, and shoots accurately (probably better than I can shoot it).

Great value for the money. Unfortunately, since they are still rather new to "mainstream gun culture", they're not very popular and sometimes hard to find.

Must be a regional thing, because they're everywhere around here!

I was really looking at one for CC, but I'm leaning toward a good ol' .38 Snub with +P ammo instead.

A friend of ours wants to get a carry/HD first handgun - and Thunder will probably be it - she likes mine.

Hopefully my local FFL can aquire one easily and quick.
