Moderators please feel free to move this if it is in the worng place.

While not "dry " in the technical sense, Crusader Weaponry's SlipStream is out of this world slippery and can be purchased either on Amazon dot com or at Crusaders own website: http://snipurl.com/t6m15. Very little SlipStream lube is required for big results. Gotta brag it up.

Crusader Weaponry does offer services for treating your firearm with their unique in house SlipStream high pressure nano particle process, which results in a 'dry' but amazingly lubricated and dependable enhanced weapon, further protected against the elements.

I've had good luck with Sentry Solutions Smooth-Kote. It's a true dry lube suspended in, I believe, an alcohol solution that carries the lube in and then evaporates.

I do believe that most dry lubes contain some amount of teflon. If you are using a lube with teflon, don't get it in your bore.

I found dry graphite lube in a squeeze tube at Hobby Lobby. In the section with parts an kits for pinewood racers. One puff and it's in there and some more places. I like it for striker firing pins and channels.

I was told by a few barrel manufacturers that teflon in the bore will affect accuracy and promote erosion. This is one of those things where I'm just going to have to take their word for it. They know more about their business than I do and I'm not willing to risk my barrels to prove them wrong.
