I use to purchase many of my new guns at OMB express because they had the lowest price by far on my firearms (New and used). They were also the lowest priced Smith Wesson M&P dealer that I found at $398 per M&P in any caliber. Which was the firearm I wanted to pick up next.... but they unexpectedly went out of business.

I was wondering what other vendors out there that offering Military Police and Fire discounts?

I am not current Military, Police or Fire but I just bought these LEO trades from Robertson Trading Post in Henderson, TN for a very good price.

They were very good to deal with and described their wares extensively and accurately. Shipped fast and cheap.

I saw their ads on GunsAmerica website but bought directly over the phone.

I've never purchased from them (it always seemed like too much trouble to set up an account just to get a price quote), but Kiesler's might have what you're looking for:

Vance's in OH is very good. I've never purchased from their website, but they used to be my LGS (before I moved), and I got some good LE/Mil deals there:

Lastly, I don't know if they do online or telephone sales, but I picked up my most recent Blue Label Glock from Lawmen's in SC:

Good luck!

Wow, I didn't know about OMB, their website is finally fixed too, figures.

gt distributors
atlantic tactical
keislers
buds police supply
omb guns (split from omb express a while back I think)

Not sure if they have military discounts or not but those are some of the police discount places I check.

When did this happen? I just got a package from them last week, and a new catalog a few days ago.

they posted on twitter and facebook that unfortunately after 16+ years of service they have been forced to close their doors.

Hopefully they will open up again.

Just to be clear, it was OMB express in Lenexa and not OMB Police Supply in Olathe. The Olathe store opened there new indoor range or it's opening this month. Robert did everything he could do to keep his company going but with the why this country is now it's no wonder more of us have not gone tits up.

Glock's lawsuit filed against OMB/Express Police Supply

http://www.randomhostingsite.com/temp/glockfiled.pdf

tl:dr is Glock claims they were selling LE blue lables as Commercial white/red labes and pocketing the extra mags and discount while depriving Glock the rebate on the 10% manufacture/importer tax for LE sales. Glock is suing for 5.4 million for the difference of the price of mags and guns for approx 77,000 guns sold from 2008-2010. They also claim to have evidence of counterfeit tags on guns sold as Commercial that serial numbers are listed as LE.

OMB admitted to the conversion but claims to have been converting commercial to LE's and LE's to Commercial to be able to service PD department sales first when LE product wasn't available and then replace the converted Commercial guns. I guess we should have asked before we started doing it and our bad if that wasn't cool.

If you can't go in a physically purchase and walk away with anything from either company that day, I'd say stay away.

I used to buy winchester ranger from them by the case at an awesome price not much more than ball ammo per rd shipped to my door. The ladies on the phone were awesome. And I admitted to them I was not LE. Anyway they caved to winchester and quit selling to me. Then somebody purporting to be from the company was on on a gun board. Maybe here and gave the winchester made us stop song and dance. That's when I quit buying from them as they didn't have much else I needed.

I'm not looking for a LE discount. Just a good reliable source of quality defense ammo at good prices. Reliable is av ailable but the had the best prices

Quick question for Fire discount sales: Do most places require that your actually hired on by a department, or are there any that just need to see your EMT, and/or Firefighter I/II certifications?

Thanks,
