Well, my Remington #11's work just fine on my '47 so I guess that me and Mr. Uberti will stick with what we'vd got....I'll tell ya'll what..If my '47 ever blow's up, or the cylinder get's loose or fall's out of the frame, or the nipple's get loose or soft or beaten up, or if the lever ever fall's from my use of 48 grains of Triple Seven (3fffg) or if the .457 swaged round lead ball ever get's stuck in that 9 inch steel pipe commonly referred to as a barrel, or get's stuck in one of the chambers and dosen't want to come out, or if the Remington #11's should all of a sudden become loose and show a tendency to fall off the nipples sized for #11 caps, or if the hammer should come flying off, or if just anything at all happen's to my '47 that make's me think that maybe Mr. Uberti didn't build it right, I will be sure and let ya'll know right away. In the meantime (with ya'll's permission of course) I will keep it loaded and capped all the way around and ready to go on a second's notice and I do so hope that ya'll won't mind too awful much if I buckle it on now and then when I need to step outside for whatever reason. All of you people seem to have such a wonderful and outstanding knowledge and understanding of the 1847 Uberti Colt Walker, why, I just don't think that I could bear it if I offended any of you....
