Best place to buy a Lee Load Master

Hey guys I'm looking for a place that I can buy a load master that has good prices. I need one to feed my 10mm.
Any info would be appreciated.

I would use Midway myself. However Natchez or Widener's should also have it.

With the scarcity of reloading stuff these days, I'd suggest that the online or brick & mortar store that has it in stock is the place to buy it -lol - but I too have used and recommend Midway USA or Wideners and have read nothing but good things about Kempf's.

Wow Widener's Has it for about $20 less than midway. Do they come with the same equipment or is something left out? On the natchez website they dont list what theres comes with.

Looks like the Midway and Wideners offerings include the same components. Neither says they include the Case Collator, a tray that fits on top of all 4 case feeder tubes and lets you refill 'em in a matter of seconds. I can't imagine using the press without one of these, so you might as well order it at the same time as the press.

Both vendors show out of stock. Midway expects more by 4/13, I don't see an estimate at Wideners. I've found Midway's estimates to be pretty accurate, over the years.

Alot of places are out of stock. Its been a long time since I bought reloading equipment, how long has it been like this?

I thas been this way for about 2 months on equipment. If I need accessories like a shell plate or dies I just deal directly with Lee you pay more but they ship it almost immediately.

bigcim: Load-Masters come with a case-feeder. But, they do not come with the bracket, tubes, and collator that will make 'automated' case feeding possible.

These are worthwhile options, BTW. With the collator and tubes in place and the mounting set up properly, productivity does go up.

I agree with jfh. I use a Pro 1000 it came with the tube setup but no collator. The price for the collator seemed a little high for a piece of plastic but I eventually bought one. It speeds up the case loading into the tubes process by 200%. Money well spent.

Midway or Kempfs would be my first choice.

I used to shop at kempfs all the time, since I went by it at least once a month. Great to do business with. Never mailordered anything but I cant imagine getting bad service from them.

I too would probably go with who ever has it in stock

If you have a Cabelas closeby you might check out the Bargain Cave. I have been able to pick up a Lyman Orange Crusher Kit and Lee Pro 1000 at 65% off the original prices.

I think for the most part they come with everything you need to get up and running in which ever caliber you pick. There are addons like the case collator and the bullet feeder. I have bought additional turrets and shellplate carriers for different cabibers so when I change over I just change the turret and shellplate carrier that way once my dies are set they pretty much are good other than change OAL for different bullet types.

Loadmasters have large and small primer systems. Like most things Lee they are inexpensive. If you order your Loadmaster kit in 10mm it will come with the appropriate (large) primer system, but if you decide later to set up for something that takes small primers (9mm, 357, etc) you'll need to order the small primer system as well as the turret, shellplate and dies.
