Best place to buy CZ-75b mags?

so far the cheapest places i can find are CDNN and MidwayUSA. I can find the basic blued MecGar 16rd mags for $20, and the anti-friction 17rd mags with rubber base plate for $25ish (not including shipping charges

these prices seem a bit high to me, and i figured maybe there was some special place to buy them for even cheaper...

also, i dont have experience yet with the anti-friction mags...are they worth the extra bread?

Edit: i also wonder where the cheapest outlet is for CZ-75b slide stops (would like to keep a couple-few on hand for peace of mind)
