Best Powder for 147gr , 9mm

I’m a big fan of CFE-Pistol. It’s an extremely versatile powder that measures extremely well.

I could write a novel about this powder, but I’ll just leave it at “I like it a lot” for now.

Of the powders you list, and if for a pistol, Tightgroup and Unique. For carbine, that's where Blue Dot really shines.

When I had previously loaded some with Blue Dot they were for a Hipoint carbine, but I no longer have it..Will be loading for a Shield, SR9c and SD9VE

I use HP38, but of the powders you list CFE-P works for a friend.

I have reduced my pistol powders down to three and I have used all three in 380, 9mm and 45acp and soon 38Spl with bullets ranging from 95-104gr in 380, 115-125gr in 9mm and 185-230gr in the 45acp. These three powders are Accurate AA#2, Hodgdon HP-38 and Ramshot Silhouette.
