Best reflex sight for a subgun

Looking for a reflex sight for a subgun. I figured it would be better then a red dot as it is smaller, and allows for quicker acquisition. To be sighted in 30-50 yards. I like the ones with the cross (10 MOA?) and circle around the cross, as this allows for the inaccuracy of the weapon, yet all bullets are falling in the circle/cross. One thing I notice is I am not seeing is I don't like the cheaper models, and the better quality ones just have a dot so far as I have seen. I don't want to spend too much. Also, would a mini-reflex be better then the midsized one?

How much is "too much?" Trijicon has a lot of different reticle (not sure they have exactly what you're describing), but they're not cheap.
