Even though the SRII shoots beautifully for me, I have broken a firing pin and it is very hard to cock. I thought I had a great deal for a while, now I am not too sure.

Which is why many folks will suggest one of the B guns - especially Browning or Beretta, as they last a long time and aren't TOO expensive. With pumps getting near the $1K mark (Ithaca) and most reliable semis running between $1-$2K, $2K for a Beretta SP or Browning is a deal IF it fits. The gun needs to fit YOU, not you fitting yourself to the gun. Some might be real close and only need a minor tweak, others may not. A $2K gun that fits will be better than a $10K gun that does not.
