Better powder dippers?

the one made from the case of the caliber you're using cut to where the powder fills the case.
 
Works great for 2400, 4227, 4895, blc, 335 and unique. Plus a lot more othe than black powder and substitutes. Don't discredit the method.

Shmackey, you got it. Count the granules is how I put it when I suggested it as an alternative to the other two methods in a thread that had gotten ridiculously contentious.

I like your term "flake by flake" better. It connotes the personality of some of the people on that other thread. No sense of humor at all.

As far as the powder sticking to the mesure you can take a dryer sheet (anti static) and rub it on the dipper or inside the powder measure to stop the cling.
