Does anyone here use a Bianchi Cyclone holster? It covers most of the gun save for the grips, and can be worn either crossdraw or standard draw, and looks like a good outdoors holster.

My concern is that I recently saw a similar Galco holster that looked good on their site, but when seen in person, had no rear welt at all! The holster was held together on that side just by two pillars!

The Bianchi model isn't that way, is it? What do you think of it, overall?

Thanks,

Heres a pic of the back of mine. My only dislike is that the belt loop itself is constructed of kind of (IMO) thin leather. I'v carried it thru a couple of wet deer and elk seasons and its held up well. I picked it up on sale at Midway last year for $50,IIRC and at that price I'm more than happy with it. Happy enough anyway, that I bought one of their 7/7L shadows for my Mod 60.

Thanks, fellows. I especially appreciate that photo, and knowing that the Cyclone carries that heavy Redhawk well.

I have the Galco (can't remember the name offhand) for a 4" N-frame. Those two pillars are tension adjustment screws. It's been very durable, both strong-side and cross-draw. But you won't go wrong with either.
