Big -1 for Wolff Gun Springs Customer Service

My company has been working a caliber conversion for a sten for awhile now, this morning I put a call into Wolff Spring to see about having a custom production run of of recoil springs done. The Lady talked with literally told me

" I do not have time to talk to you today about it, if you want something call back next week"

Wow was she a rude about it. After explaining again that I was wanting to place a order ( i.e. spend $) and that I could give her the specs other then I need alittle assistance in figuring out the numbers of coils per inch she says to me " I dont have time to do this right now, if you want us to make you some springs call back some other time" And then she hangs up the phone on me as I am trying to hold me tongue and be civil by saying "thanks for you time anyway".

Guess what, we will be taking our business else where.

Heres a hint as to what we have been working on and what WOLFF Springs will not be seeing any $ from.

Wolff should have let your call go straight to voice mail rather than be so rude. Just sayin'.
