Hey guys. First off, please excuse my newb question, but this will be for my first gun, and this is my first post on THR.
Ive decided, after a decent amount of research, that ill be most liklty picking up a marlin model 7000 (or 795, or sav 64f) from my local walmart soon. One thing i want to be sure about, is that i can mount a bipod on it. So far ive had no luck finding a bipod for the 7000. I guess what im asking is, where can i find one? And is it something that is made to fit this model? Or are they universal, and i will have to fit it myself? (which would be no problem).
Also, since i already started a thread concerning the marlin...how would you compare it to the Savage 64f? They actually had a 64f in stock for 99 bucks.
