Remington SPS Tactical in 223...I have one and it is amazing!!! Shoots very tight groups and is not very heavy despite featuring a 20" bull barrel in Hogue stock.
My suggestion is to not listen to most of the people on this forum. They have no interest in practical rifles. Go to your local gun store, check out the quality of the action, the trigger, a caliber between .243/6mm-.260/6.5mm, and get a rifle that appeals to you. Just in case you are wondering, any non-magnum rifle chambered in between the calibers I listed will have very little kick.
This is a dumb statement. There are many people here who are very knowlegable and give great advice. Perhaps after you have been here awhile, you'll realize that.
