Good to know! I put in a load that Mike Cumpston listed in his Percussion Pistols & Revolvers book for an 1860 and it was within a 100 fps.

I’ve been dealing with a health issue and my range time has been limited so I don’t have any new numbers but comparing this against some of the data in my notebooks and it seems pretty accurate. Don’t have any goex but the Swiss numbers have been right on the money within a few feet per second. Which gives new insight into how BP behaves in our guns. 3f Swiss is much more useful than I had previously thought. And if you absolutely have to, or just want to, use a very short barrel 4f can still produce useful velocity and power.
Another gent on another forum has used this calculator as a predictor for several rifles he had built and adjusting slightly for his use of Triple 7 he’s convinced it’s spot on.
