Certainly possible. To many folks though, defacing such a model would be very frowned upon. Personally, the .32 is better suited to the medium sized frame or better still the Single Six frame. The better gunsmiths are doing conversions to both.

They won't just sell you one with you sending them the gun and having it fitted. For all that, be better to simply send it off to one of the better gunsmiths and have them do the while thing.
As far as custom work goes, rechambering is cheap, dirt cheap. Bowen's $1200 RS06 package is a caliber conversion that entails a new cylinder and new barrel. A rechambering job is usually $150-$200. Because he doesn't need a new cylinder or barrel.
