Blaser R93

anyone have experience with the Blaser R93 rifle? I'm looking to buy one, in 9.3x62. How is the straight pull bolt action? Pretty fast for follow up shots?

I've shot the Blaser R93 a number of times and I really like the rifle. It does allow for quick follow-ups and it is a quality accurate design. The mercury recoil reducer in the stock is a nice touch as well. I can shoot 7mm Rem Mag or .375 H&H and my wallet will get tired long before my shoulder does.

They are expensive; but they are well suited for the person who wants a nice compact set of gear that will let him hunt in various calibers with a single manual of arms.

There AWESOME!! I have owned a couple tactical's in 308.. Best shooting rifle I have ever owned. You will get spoiled shooting one of these and then shooting something else. I could have a ten shot group at 250 yards the size of a time.

Used Blaser barrels are over a thousand dollars each on Gunbroker.com. Just sayin'
