Now this is scary. Lets say you bought a gun from a dealer, and he was one of the dealers who agreed to a "special master" who will have unlimited access to your records. As a customer Id be p*ssed, and would take legal action! Whos the special master? Is it private industry? Is it bloomers men, who then will come knocking on your door and harass you?
What would u do if you found out your favorite gun shop was giving your info to bloomers Bootlickers? Why would anyone agree to terms with these CLOWNS!! If I was a gun dealer, Id tell them to F off and take their A$$ to court over Bloomers illegal tactics.

New York City's Gun Dealer Lawsuit
In May, 2006, New York City filed a lawsuit against 15 gun dealers in Georgia, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Virginia. The dealers named in the suit were caught on hidden cameras selling guns to undercover investigators who were simulating straw purchases.
Watch a video, in dial-up or broadband, of New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg discussing straw purchases.
Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg announced in July that two gun dealers in Georgia agreed to a landmark settlement. In September, three dealers from Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Virginia agreed to similar terms. A third of the gun dealers named in the suit have now settled out of court and agreed to unprecedented oversight of their firearms sales. The agreements call for the appointment of a Special Master who will have unlimited access to the dealers' records and the power to impose escalating fines for any new violations of federal, state, or local gun laws.
