Cartridges Of The World
I have several editions of this book. The 11th edition is the most recent one I have. I think this is a very informative book and I actually find it entertaining to read, my wife thinks I'm silly. Even though the reloading data in it is not that extensive, for some really old cartridges it is about the only data to be found. Better then nothing.
My favorite sections are the obsolete cartdiges and the rimfire cartridges. I am amazed by all the rimfire rounds that used to around. There used to be a rimfire round called the 58 Miller/Allen. It fired a 500 grain bullet at 1150 feet per second. It would be a short range thumper for sure.
Anyone else here have one of these books? What are you thoughts on it?
