Hi All-
I was telling the owner of Bruno's reloading supplies about my newest copper remover (Copper Killer), and how I had to use it outside because the fumes are so bad. He recommended the Bore Tech product, as it has no smell, and works even better. I was skeptical because the Copper Killer was until now, the best I've seen, but I got some anyway.
All I can say is WOW! This stuff is exponentially the best out of about 10 of the most recommended brands of just copper solvents I've tried. I followed the instructions, but I let it sit about 1/2 hour after I brushed it, and the results are stunning, as confirmed by a bore scope. Check out the pic of some of the patches. It's hard to tell from the pic, but everything you're seeing is copper, not powder residue; it's all different shades of blue. It's also an all in one cleaner/lubricant. I found my forever cleaning/defouling product.
Someone finally did it!!! I can now chuck the whole shelf full of products I spent a couple hundred bucks on.
