Bought an AR-15 today... kinda.

I'm sure this is a relief to some of yall, so you no longer have to answer my stupid "which AR should I look at?" posts.

I say that I bought it "kinda" is because, as usual, the NICS check response came back as "Delayed". So I wont actually take possession of it until next Wednesday at the latest.

Its got the 16" barrel, birdcage flashhider, collapsable stock, A3 upper with rail and removable handle. At the moment, I'm undecided if I'll leave on the handle with iron sights, or go with a scope. If I scope it, it will likely be a 3-9x30 with quick-disconnect rings.

This is the exact model I wanted, and FINALLY found one in stock locally. I'm very excited, as it should be a fun range gun.

Congrats on the purchase buddy! These things are fun...But beware, they are addicting. I just bought my first not too long ago, and have already dropped way too much money on ammo and accessories and already have my next AR narrowed down.

Good choice on the flat top....Lots o' options; options that you WILL take advantage of in the future.

We need pictures asap.
