Greetings,
I was wondering what the Academy Awards position was on Michael Moore's "Bowling for Columbine" DOCUMENTARY (Feature) Oscar award, after the exposure that it was a work of political fiction, not a documentary.
I will point to this website detailing that this film is deliberately, seriously, and consistently deceptive:

I think that it is grossly unfair to the other nominated films, that abided by your rule 12, to allow "Bowling for Columbine" to keep the award. I also think that allowing it to keep the award will set a precedent encouraging other filmmakers to submit fictional, deceptive, and/or political polemic works as fact, in order to win this award.
I look forward to your response,
Sincerely,
