Remember the so called "Cop killer" round Brady bunch pushed a few years ago???
This so call killer bullet supposedly penetrated the Kevlar vests putting LEO's at risk. Problem was that Brady used their own test to prove the point. It didn't and finally died a slow death. The problem was the failure didn't get the press gun owners needed at the time.
