Today I found a brand new in the box Nylon 66 for sale.... it has some engraving on the side saying "1776 to 1976" some kind of special edition I suppose..... they want $575 for it...... what do you think would be a fair price???? I really like the Nylon 66 I already have..... and I keep thinking about what it would be like to have this never fired rifle in my collection....

How is that fed? I wanted, and my friend got a Apache 77. Looked just like that, but was mag fed. The plastic mags were the weak point. He went through buckets of them. And to think, I was mad at dad for getting me a plain old Marlin 60, that still shoots fine. The Apache died years ago.

That was my first gun as a kid, my dad bought me one in 1969 when I was eight years old. Its still running today and as accurate as it ever was. I have put thousands and thousands of rounds downrange with it. Nice find.

Nice find on the 66
I've had mine for well over 45 years.
I use arrows as speedloaders for it.
I don't think it cost $50 or so.
