ATF is a rogue agency that has tried to make law and continues to enforce numerous constitutional infringements.
This particular agency will feel no impact whatsoever until both houses have substantial majorities of one certain party and a President who is a real 2A supporter
In the meantime, federal district judge just ruled ATF acted beyond their authority in Final Rule for what is "Frame or Receiver" and vacated (voided) the Final Rule in its entirety for the nation - https://www.thehighroad.org/index.php?threads/17-states-join-goa-gof-and-sue-atf’s-new-firearms-rule-on-80-percent-kits.908730/page-4#post-12661959

Final Rule… is unlawful agency action taken in excess of the ATF’s statutory jurisdiction

Case will likely be appealed to the 5th which recently ruled the same for Bump Stock and currently hearing ATF overreach for Pistol Brace Rule and will likely rule the same having already issued Preliminary Injunction against ATF.

And the Supreme Court decided to hear a case that may be the final straw for Chevron deference to bring executive agencies' expansion of regulations to an end - https://www.thehighroad.org/index.php?threads/17-states-join-goa-gof-and-sue-atf’s-new-firearms-rule-on-80-percent-kits.908730/page-4#post-12662432

So things are not looking good for ATF and other executive agencies and with GOP House looking to defund ATF, depending on the outcome of 2024 election, a lot of changes including defunding of agencies could become reality.

Yes as he should.

I disagree. Calling politicians a "comedy duo" is political. I don't see any way that it could be construed as otherwise. This forum generally doesn't allow political comments.

I agree with you. If calling certain republicans a comedy duo is acceptable, then the door should be open to call the Biden Administration the clown show that it is.

I doubt we will be allowed to do that though

Yea, I know usually threads with political comments, especially attacks, get shut down quick here, but for some reason this one is allowed to persist. At the least, the political comment should be removed.

I have noticed a trend here where a potential political thread by a conservative leaning poster tends to get closed or removed fairly quickly after liberal leaning posters complain.

Threads by liberal leaning posters tend to hang around longer for some reason. I have lost track of the number of posts critical of conservative politics, or making fun of Hannity (which happens often enough), or criticism of the NRA for supporting conservative policies and not supporting more liberal candidates.
