A case gauge is on the wish list in case I get an upper down the road but the chamber seems adequate for right now.

I have.

Months of soaking in WD-40, G96, Hornady One Shot, Hoppe’s 9, used motor oil, and a few other things. NONE “killed” the primers.

It takes a lot to kill a primer. I had a handful of primers sitting out in the shed for a couple of years dealing with the hot, cold and high humidity, and they still went bang.
