Went to the gun show here at Iowa fair grounds. I'm excited to gotten 1,500 45ACP once fired brass for $90($.06 each), its the best deal I've found for a while. Just a few years ago when i lived in West Texas could buy them for $.05 each all day long any day. Lead was cheaper there too.

I wish i had a gun that shot S&W 40, there were bags of once fired 40cal 1000/$30. almost made me convert....almost

awesome! i've wanted to make it to that show several times but havent been able to yet. how was the rest of the show?

I can only tell you the stuff i pay attention to: Its like most other gun shows, lots of ARs some at a decent price, most a little high. They had some nice prices on lever action carbines. There were good prices on 1911s and large caliber revolvers, a few XDS laying around. There are 2-3 really good venders for reloading, the rest i think are trying to make a buck on "reloaders" with high prices on componets and presses and such. Not sure what you are looking for but, hope that helps. Oh, lots of shot guns.

thanks for the run-down! the only one i have been to is the one they have a couple times a year in Ottumwa and honestly, the gun selection is a little sad. handguns, you can find just about anything you are after, but the rifle and shotgun selection leaves a lot to be desired. reloading stuff is almost non-existant too. looks like im gonna have to make the drive to des moins one of these days.
