So I recently picked up an FAL from one of my buddies that owns a pawn shop, looks like an interesting piece. Obviously imported during the assault weapons ban (Century thumbhole stock, lack of bayonet lug), it's built on an Imbel receiver that is absolutely flawless. This was imported by Century, but is definitely original Brazilian and all. Gas system and barrel are pretty too. Question I have is, the bolt has the crossed flags on it that apparently represent that it was originally British or Australian... anyone know how to tell which? Bolt carrier has the standard hatched design for most L1A1s. Pics attached.

Yeah, that's what I thought. Thanks for the reply. Here's one more pic of the whole setup... considering I got it for 600 bucks and it's basically new, I'm pretty stoked.
